AI can prompt reflection. It cannot become your evidence.

Start with your own workplace experience, notes, documents and decisions.

Use prompts to organise thinking or identify questions, where permitted by centre procedures.

Do not submit AI-authored accounts as your own work, invent events or replace your judgement.

Declare permitted use transparently and be ready to explain evidence in your own words.

Confidentiality and data protection

Workplace evidence should be handled carefully. Redact personal, commercial or sensitive information where needed, and follow your organisation's policies before uploading documents.
